I am available to come and share with your group about finding their strengths and passions. I enjoy sharing with others about the path I have been on over the last several years with Dove Award winning band Big Daddy Weave and how I developed my passion for helping others while on the road. I take the group on a journey by allowing them to look within themselves to find out what their calling is. I help them to begin the process of putting their passion into action. I also explore business ideas and the non-traditional work environment. I am also available to share with youth groups when my schedule allows.
