I am available to come and share with your group about finding their strengths and passions. I enjoy sharing with others about the path I have been on over the last several years with Dove Award winning band Big Daddy Weave and how I developed my passion for helping others while on the road. I take the group on a journey by allowing them to look within themselves to find out what their calling is. I help them begin the process of putting their passion into action. I also explore business ideas and the non-traditional work environment. I am also available to share with youth groups when my schedule allows.
Suggested Topics-
Follow Your Dreams-I walk through the journey I have taken with Big Daddy Weave and encourage the audience to believe in themselves and take the necessary steps to begin the process of daily walking in their passion.
Life After Graduation-I walk students through the realities of the real world. We discuss the competion faced by students when companies outsource to other countries. I share how to become indepensable as an employee. We also discuss how to set yourself apart from the pack with more than just a unique resume.
Are You Maximizing Your Social Media Influence-I encourage the audience to take advantage of all that is available to them. Start viewing social media as a vital tool to connect with your clients. It is all about community!
The Music Business: What’s It Really Like?-I walk the audience through my 12 year journey with Big Daddy Weave and the different experiences I’ve had with record labels, distribution, national touring, merchandising and personal growth as a band and musician.

2. Private Drum Lessons
I have time when I am off of the road (sometimes on the road) to squeeze in a few private lessons. Lessons are usually 1 hour at a central location that has a drumset. Lessons are $40.00. This includes a FREE copy of the lesson via video file recorded with my flip cam. Please send me an email if you are interested.
